Salad recipe with tongue

Here is a recipe for salad with tongue:

Ingredients:

For the salad:

300 g of boiled tongue, cut into thin slices
4 cups of a mixture of leafy greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
1 large tomato, sliced or diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup pitted olives
2 tablespoons capers (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

For dressing:

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine a mixture of leafy greens, chopped tongue, tomato, red onion, olives, capers (optional) and parsley.

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Serve the salad with the tongue immediately to preserve freshness and flavor.
