Elderberry Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried elderflower (or fresh, if available)
1 teaspoon black tea (or green, according to your taste)
1 cup boiling water
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
Lemon (optional)

Instructions:

Place the elder flowers and tea in a teapot or cup.

Pour boiling water over it.

Let it brew for 5-7 minutes so that the tea takes on the aroma and taste of elderberry.

Sift the tea to remove the elderflower and tea leaves.

If you want, add honey or sugar for sweetness.

Stir the contents of the cup.

If you wish, add a few drops of lemon juice for freshness.

Let the tea brew for a few more minutes.

Stir the tea again before serving.
